Approaching the “MONET” with its variegated brick façade and entering the home through the leaded glass door is reminiscent of stepping through the gate of a French Impressionistic garden. The colors of nature and light, and the use of light and shadow, create a calming, restful balance and harmony throughout the home.  The porcelain floor tile guides the visitor through the home as a stone path meanders through the garden. Materials are used to create visual elements of light and shadow and texture. Furnishings, fabrics, and custom artwork continue the sense of the light dappled, spring garden bursting into bloom. The “MONET” provides a fresh new way of seeing and experiencing a more traditional European setting.
